Program seeks input on community water needs The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s Financial Assistance Program (FAP) is once again seeking input from communities to identify and document capital improvement construction needs that deal with water and wastewater across the state. (See "Program offers low-cost financing for public health and water quality construction projects.") Surveys will be sent shortly to communities who have already identified needs, and this will be their opportunity to update those particular project needs. Water, wastewater and/or nonpoint source capital improvement construction projects must be identified prior to receiving state or federal funding. Please contact project manager Erick Worker at 303-692-3594 or at erick.worker@state.co.us to receive an eligibility survey. The survey submission deadline for inclusion on the 2008 eligibility lists is June 1. |
